The staff was really nice, warm and helpful. The rooms very comfortable and clean.

The only issue was that the Wi-Fi was very poor and most of the times I couldn’t connect.

We stayed in Carrick Plaza Suits for my sisters hen. From the first time I contacted Annette, nothing was ever an issue. She gave me the list of activities that we could attend and I picked and chose from the list. We had some dietary requirements these were also never an issue. We had finger food in the Barrelstore the first night. The coeliac was treated like a queen and the rest of us had a mix of finger foods and all had free shots. Then we had a boat cruise, we did the cube activity and got a boot in the night club just to ourselves. Annette also emailed me a few weeks before the hen to let me know there was a Drag Show so of course we had to take part. Any activity we did through out the weekend we were well looked after with drinks and very lovely staff. Now onto the accommodation, we could not have asked for better accommodation than the Carrick Plaza Suites. They are spotless and we got two two bedroom apartments and a 5 bed bedroom. Everyone was saying it was the best hen accommodation they ever had, it was just like a hotel. Another absolute bonus of the Carrick Plaza Suites is everywhere we needed to go whether it was the food, pubs, activities or shops EVERYTHING is a stones throw away. No need to taxis or buses, girls you can wear the heels and still be OK. Another bonus of the Carrick Plaza Suites is that they have security on the doors when you enter after a night out. This meant that if any girls went back on their own we knew they were safe and to get into the hallways and your rooms you need key cards. We were all saying on the hen that we will all definitely be back again. Thank you so much to Annette and the team at the Plaza Suites.
