Cancellation Policy
- Non-Group Bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours before scheduled arrival time. Any balance paid outside of the booking deposit is refundable, however, cancellations within 72 hours of arrival time will result in the retention of 1st nights rate.
- Full payment will be processed 3 days prior to arrival
- Group Bookings are defined as 3+ rooms OR 8+ people, and have additional terms and conditions.
- If you cancel before the final payment is due 14-21 days before, your deposit may be transferred to another mutually agreed date within 12 calendar months of the original booking date.
- Should you cancel your whole booking or part of the booking after you have paid in full and within two weeks of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply
- A security deposit is required on check in. Please ask for further details.
