Our Green ApartHotel Policies are as follows

We are committed to fitting out the entire Aparthotel with energy saving light bulbs.
Guests are encouraged to participate in our green policies by re-using their towels; if they wish to do so guests can have their sheets changed less often and can make an effort not to waste water in a harmful manner.
All rooms have electronic key operated power switches to reduce energy usage when rooms are unoccupied.
A yearly levy is paid through our waste disposal company for waste recycling
Internal corridor lights and external lighting and signage are sensor and timer operated so that electricity is not wasted in low use hours.
A large percentage of our heating is solar panel heated.
Our hot water boilers, cylinders and pumps operate only on demand and are therefore extremely efficient.
We try to source all environmentally friendly cleaning products.
